**Overview:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Inventory Audit Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our inventory records, conducting regular audits, and identifying discrepancies to maintain optimal inventory levels. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Inventory Auditing:**
- Conduct regular and comprehensive physical inventory audits to verify stock levels.
- Reconcile physical counts with system records and investigate discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during audits.

2. **Data Analysis:**
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare detailed reports on audit findings and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor inventory transactions and ensure accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.

3. **Process Improvement:**
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline inventory management processes.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on inventory control best practices.

4. **System Maintenance:**
- Maintain and update inventory management systems to reflect accurate stock levels.
- Assist in the implementation of new inventory management software and tools.
- Ensure the security and integrity of inventory data.

5. **Compliance and Reporting:**

1. - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
