As a Sales Support Manager, you will take responsibility for supporting the sales team, running CRM processes, organizing information, collecting customer data, managing the real estate agent website, and engaging with real estate agents to create sales/rental opportunities. As part of a small team, you will be exposed to all aspects of real estate work – research, marketing (both online and offline), legal, strategic planning, and customer relations.
Responsibilities:
• Support and work closely with the sales team to negotiate and close deals with customer satisfaction.
• Oversee and manage daily office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
• Support the team with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and safe office environment.
• Prepare and manage office budgets and expense reports.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Collect customer information and arrange it systematically.
• Provide relevant business reports of projects and present them to upper management.
• Monitor and run CRM processes to ensure timely completion.
• Engage with social media and agents to create leads for sales and rental properties.
• Travel to actual land sites if needed.
• Mentor and guide junior team members in various aspects of real estate operations.
• Handle other assigned tasks.
