We are seeking a dynamic and talented project Coordinator with proficiency in Japanese at N2 level to join our team. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about technology, fluent in Japanese English, and possess excellent project coordination skills.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
1.Support and collaborate closely with our technical team from requirement gathering to project implementation, maintenance, and support.
2.Function as an interpreter and point of contact, facilitating communication between our sites and headquarters.
3.Translate emails and documents from Thai/English to Japanese or Japanese to English/Thai.
4.Coordinate projects between Thai sales staff and Japanese customers and suppliers.
5.Prepare meeting reports, transcribe meeting minutes, memos, and any other tasks to support project needs.
6.Occasionally visit project sites with the technical team
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in Japanese at N2 level or above is essential, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in English, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a collaborative team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to navigate changing priorities and deadlines.
- Knowledge of Japanese business culture and etiquette is preferred.
