รายละเอียดงาน
Responsible for all front office functions and staff. Areas of responsibility include Bellboy, Driver, Guest Services/Front Desk and Retail/Gift Shop, as applicable. As a department head, directs and works with managers and employees to successfully execute all front office operations, including guest arrival and departure procedures. Strives to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction and maximize the financial performance of the department.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Female not over 45 years old.
2. A degree or diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent.
3. A minimum of 3 years of Front Office supervisory experience in the hotel.
4. Fluent English communication, both written and spoken.
5. Ability to lead, motivate and develop a team of individuals.
