รายละเอียดงาน
• Assist managers to supervise and determine the policy and plan for the management of maintenance in the Glove factory, both mechanical and electrical.
• Assist managers to supervise and manage projects.
• Assist managers to supervise and Coordinate with the production department to formulate an annual maintenance plan on the production line.
• Supervise preventive maintenance work. To check the condition of the machine to be able to use it effectively.
• Take care of maintenance work in case of damaged machinery.
• Design and concept design for develop maintenance systems to support production efficiently.
• Assist managers to supervise Control BG in Maintenance Department.
• Training and coaching the maintenance team.
• Other tasks assigned by the Manager.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Engineer field
2. Minimum 8-10 year experience in glove manufacturing or latex manufacturing.
3. At least 3 years management experiences of Management in any industry
4. M&E / Engineering is an advantage.
5. Knowledge about ISO 9001 & ISO 13485 & ISO14001 & ISO45001, GMP.
6. Good command of English (speaking, reading, writing and listening) and able to operate computer MS Office.
7. Strong leadership, creative, communication and management skills with a positive mindset and excellent teamwork skills and able to work well under pressure.
8. Auto CAD, Solid Work, 2D/3D drawing.
