Responsible for the operations of the company, ensuring success of operational department by providing operational leadership, to achieve 100% customer satisfaction while ensuring consistency and adherence to all restaurants and operating standards.

- Understand and analyze assigned target to define budget, consumption cost, labor cost
and other expenses. In addition, evaluate master roster of all assigned restaurants to
ensure achievement of store profitability.
- Communicate to all restaurant managers in the assigned area. Make sure that all
managers have a clear understanding of their target and are in the same business objective
and direction including company policies and procedures.

- Establishment of site facilities and organize the project structure.
- Keeping control of the progress of the project.
- Control cost of project and cash in flow-out flow.
- Prepare subcontract and supplier contract for project installation along with bid evaluation, negotiate and selection.
