Act as liaison between the Project Team and the End Users. Identify and document the needs of the business and, based on these requirements, discuss and review the needs with the End Users. Manage Change Requests and iterations during early stages of the project. Verify that the business requirements have been met in the proposals/functional designs
- Performs any combination of the following duties according to specific departmental guidelines:
- To perform program and system analysis , system design , Integration.
- Provide the professional services, support and training to junior staff and customer.
- To perform lead of development and Implementation.
- Leader to maintain technical and services support.
Study, analyze and design systems, both internal and external, and draw up the system specifications and system procedure. Test systems to ensure they function according to the user requirement. Prepare program documentation and system manuals for users and others concerned. Train users and operators of the systems, as well as providing consultancy on how best to operate systems.
