- Thai or Cambodian Nationality
- Basic proficiency in speaking, writing and reading Thai, English and Khmer languages
- Understand the needs and interest of migrant customer group (Cambodian)
- Familiar with using social media such as Facebook, TikTok and YouTube or other leisure activities such as watching movies and playing games
- Proficient in computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to create graphics or online video content
- Good interpersonal skills and coordination abilities
- Able to travel and work in other provinces or regions
• Develop marketing plans for the Migrant Segment to create awareness and accessibility for products.
• Analyze market data and use customer insights to improve and enhance services for customers.
• Collaborate with Marketing Communication to plan marketing strategies across various channels, especially social media, to reach the target group and drive sales to meet established targets.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and related departments.
• Prepare reports by entering data for the responsible departments.
• Other assigned tasks, such as distributing SIM cards/premium items from the warehouse to various departments.
