- Perform work base on defined process and provide feedback on process improvements as appropriate.
- Co-operate with team leader in estimation effort, developing plan/schedule and performing task according to the plan.
- Experience Web development is an advantage
- Must have ORACLE programming experience in (Form, Report), PL/SQL
System Design, Database Design, Architecture Design in Java Platform Project
Write system specification and lead programmers
Provide applications consult service, development technique, troubleshooting, training
Analyze users need and provide solution for users
Software Testing, Test Case Generating

Define, control standard in software development process (coding, designing, document)
Develop Application Testing, System Testing Concept, and/or Software Testing Methodologies.

Gather and analyze business requirements
Develop detailed software specifications ensuring that they respond to business needs and are able to be clearly understood by development teams Develop documents to support the project (SRS, Work flows)
Requirement Tracking and Requirement testing
