ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
1. Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the department aligned with company objectives.
2. Implementing and overseeing department KPIs to attain targeted goals.
3. Establishing the annual budget, then controlling expenditures in accordance with the established plan.
4. Safety committee and safety officer management level.
5. Manage and overseeing all maintenance activities; breakdown maintenance, autonomous maintenance, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance and predictive maintenance of machines and facilities to consist with the laws, customer requirements, ISO/TS16949, ISO9001, ISO45001 and ISO14001.
(Facilities: Air handing unit, Air compressors, Fire pump, Fire alarm system, Electric power system, water pump, piping, exhaust and ventilation system, Building etc.
6. Analysis of machinery issues and devising preventive measures to mitigate recurrence
7. Manage the spare parts inventory, optimizing to support the maintenance system.
8. Providing consultancy and fostering the development of subordinates through training and evaluation by skill matrix.
9. Project manager for installing all machines and facilities.
10. Active participation in plant activities such as Kaizen, Safety, 5S,4M change and Energy-saving initiatives, with a particular focus on promoting a safe workplace.
11. Tooling, Jigs and fixtures management
12. Design jigs and fixtures for use in the production line.
13. Control Poka-yoke and parameter of machines.
14. Internal auditor system ISO/TS16949.
15. Internal auditor system ISO45001.
16. Internal auditor system ISO14001.
17. Personnel Responsible for Energy (PRE).
18.Control improvement and modification of machines and facilities.
19.Risk management of maintenance department
20. Collaborate with the APQP team and FMEA team.
21. Collaborate with the CPAR team to analysis and prove solution to the problem that request from customers.
22. Managing projects and undertaking additional responsibilities as assigned.
