ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
. • Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with customer
success excutive, product managers and engineers
• Produce high-quality solutions through flow diagrams, illustrate design ideas, storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
• Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets, Build page, navigation buttons and search fields
• Provide guidance on the implementation of UX research techniques and testing activities to assess user behavior. Develop Ul mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
• Perform tests on user interface elements such as CTAs, layouts, target links, landing pages and banners, Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
• Contribute to improving design team tools and processes - Assists in defining alternate solutions for the business problem
Projects
• Designing, improving, and developing various applications and websites for the organization to align with the organization's goals.
• Designing and enhancing platforms, including continuously updating features to meet user needs. Additionally, providing support and reporting issues while coordinating with the relevant teams in system development. • Designing the “beautybuffetclue” application for BEAUTY BUFFET in the White-Label Beauty Project.
• Being part of the design team for the “SiPH Play Point” application for Siriraj Piyamaharajkarun Hospital in the SiPH White-Label Project.
