ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
1. Concept Development & Design
• Create initial design concepts based on client requirements, site conditions, and regulations.
• Develop architectural sketches, blueprints, and 3D models.
• Ensure aesthetic appeal, functionality, and sustainability in designs.

2. Site Analysis & Feasibility Studies
• Assess site conditions, including topography, climate, and environmental impact.
• Conduct feasibility studies to determine project viability.
• Ensure designs comply with zoning laws and building codes.

3. Technical Drawings & Documentation
• Develop detailed architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and sections.
• Prepare construction documents for permits and approvals.
• Collaborate with structural, mechanical, and electrical engineers.

4. Compliance & Regulations
• Ensure designs meet building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards.
• Obtain necessary permits and approvals from authorities.
• Address environmental and sustainability requirements.

5. Project Coordination & Team Collaboration
• Work closely with clients, engineers, contractors, and city planners.
• Participate in construction meetings and site visits.
• Resolve design conflicts and provide technical support during construction.

6. Budgeting & Cost Estimation
• Estimate material, labor, and construction costs.
• Optimize design to fit within budget constraints.
• Recommend cost-effective materials and construction techniques.

7. Sustainability & Green Building Design
• Incorporate energy-efficient and eco-friendly materials.
• Design for natural lighting, ventilation, and reduced energy consumption.
• Consider LEED or other sustainable certifications.

8. Supervision & Quality Control
• Oversee construction to ensure adherence to design and specifications.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve construction issues.
• Ensure quality control and project completion as per the timeline.
