• Handle to transit shipment services from Thailand International Sea & Air Freight, Customs Clearance, Transportation services, Door to Door Service to Yangon Myanmar (Maesot – Myawaddy).
• Review all logistic documentation, such as Bill of Lading, Certificate of origin, Invoices, Packing lists, etc.
• Track shipments and address any issues that may arise during the operation process.
• Track the documentation errors, such as inaccuracies in an invoice, packing or customers’ declaration, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and customers’ requirements.
• Handle communications, mainly related to documentation, with suppliers (base in Bangkok) and with Myanmar Customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate timely order fulfillment.
• Stay up to date with regulation, trade agreements, and customer’s requirement to ensure legal compliance in all transactions.
• Implement best practices and contribute to the development of standardized procedure to enhance customer services.
• Writing clear on time reporting updating data.
• Investigating and planning the most appropriate route for a shipment, taking account of the perishable or hazardous nature of the goods, cost, transit time and security
• Maintaining current knowledge of relevant legislation, political situations and other factors that could affect the movement of Cargoes.
