-บริหารดูแลรับผิดชอบเรื่องต่างๆภายในโรงแรม
-ร่วมวางเป้าหมายขององค์กรและกระจายเป้าหมายให้แก่พนักงานทุกระดับ
-จัดทำตัวชี้วัดตามนโยบาย
-ดูแลและจัดการพนักงานทุกแผนกให้เป็นไปตามนโยบายของบริษัท

-Achieves annual budgeted sales and maximum profitability.
-Responsible for hotel's marketing plan by merging with corporate marketing programs.
-Develops a goal oriented business plan to support the financial goals.
-Ensures good safety practices of employee and guests assisting in the maintenance of proper emergency and
security procedures.
-Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
-Creating a positive work environment.
