• Thesis Project
o Bachelor Degree Graduation Project – 2-wheel self-balancing robot with remote controller
working on concept design, Electronics part design, and System control programming with PID to control the balance of the robot by controlling the torque of the DC motor and able to control moving with the remote controller.
o Master Degree Graduation Project – Haptics Control of a 3-Axis Cartesian Robot for Virtual Reality
Working on creating a 3-axis cartesian robot that can provide force feedback to use as a haptic tool and able to simulate force feedback with the virtual object at least 2 N virtual force. Combining the haptic function of the 3-axis cartesian robot with virtual reality to simulate the feeling of holding and dragging an object in virtual reality. And applying various control methods and algorithms for haptic feedback control.
• Work Project
o Kawasaki Robot Auto Insertion project – Programming UI for communicate with Kawasaki Duaro Robot to send commands or run teaching sequences for robot program, Write Robot Program with Kawasaki’s Vision Program
o 6 Axis robot placing RFID microchip from the tray - Robot arm programming with robot plane controlling program. Machine vision to find the position of the chip. PLC programming to manage tool position data and control the pneumatic system.
o Vision system project – Base on human face and body tracking with OpenCV and Kinect SDK and communicate with Arduino to control camera position—design user interface for face tracking project with Visual Studio.
o Arduino programming project – PID control and state programming to control system for example RFID Security gate to control sequence of sensor detection, open/close door, LED showing response to sensor detection, and communication with API.
o Toshiba Robot wood inspection project - Programming Robot to communicate with image processing program and PLC system to move the camera along the wood piece to inspect each hole according to the template.
