Manage and monitor service provider and outsourcing services to co-owners/tenants/residents and visitors efficiently.
Monitor all outsource company for common area and surroundings of the building.
Control and supervise the using of common area and properties by co-owners/tenants and visitors.
Examining the daily/weekly/monthly report are initially verified by technical team and office team.
Set up and manage the management team for handover welcome package or regulations or rules approved by Board of committee or any assigned.
Prepare the Annual General Meeting or Extra General Meeting, Committee Meeting or any meetings in relation to site property.
Manage the outsource management contracts which must approve by Board of Committee Member or company.
Monitor and maintain all equipment and accessories of common areas. Also, planning maintenance for all installations as scheduled.
Control and manage budget for various facility needs & expenses and also prepare yearly budget.
Manage financial, accounts report or any relation with site financial or accounts with site officers and head office support team.
Provide professional advice on issues related to management and maintenance of the site problems arisen in the building on a basis.
Arrange the activities approved by Board of Committee or company assignment.
Control and manage team for keeping, filing all documents even contracts or agreement related with building management on site.
Hold meeting of building management to discuss the problems arisen in the building on a weekly basis.
Coordinate and action with contractors, government or any agencies for related activities of matters related with property.
Coordinate with another liaisons site departments or teams for any matter on diary basis.
Ensure that satisfactory services are delivered and performed with quality to co-owners, tenants or visitors.
Being representative in promoting the activities or projects of the company.
Schedule projects and ensure assignments are carried out as planned Draw up reports regarding operations in the company
Supervise and monitor general site staff for efficient running of the site, and compliance with the company's rules and policies.
Ensure all operating procedures for the property run efficiently.
Identify problems areas in the Property and recommend improvement plans to maximize the efficiency of management.
Carry out any other ad hoc duties, any related job assigned.
