Prepare Meal check for Airlines following Menu Specifications and airline’s instruction to ensure customer requirement has met.
Assemble all Airline’s equipment, Beverages, dry stores and Meals to ensure all product will be deliver to flight.
Controlling Loading process to the Aircraft following customer loading instructions (GLP) to ensure Safety and airline’s requirement procedure.
Supervise Transport team members during flight operation process to follow Ramp Safety procedure, customer requirement and AOT rules and regulations.
Preparing flight document (C-Base Handover Sheet) to communicate with customer on Aircraft and complete document after flight for accounting record to FOO.
Communicate both Thai and English languages to customers during flight operation.
Perform A1 Check (Ramp Safety check) to maintain Ramp Safety procedure following customer requirement and AOT rules and regulations as per KPI.
Standby at Aircraft until aircraft PUSH-BACK to ensure complete operation process.
Ramp Safety Standard Controlling
Perform general flight evaluation and provide its report to the Ramp Safety Controller.
Perform Ramp Safety Inspection to assigned airlines.
Check and Certify Loader and Driver’s flight services ability.
Ramp Safety Training
Conduct assigned topics of training to transportation staff; such as classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops.
Train the Driver & Loader Trainer (such as Foreman Driver, Foreman Loader) in order to have them able to provide On the Job Training to the driver and loader directly.
Ensure all Ramp Safety Training are recorded and filing properly.
Ramp Safety Inspection, Monitoring and Trouble Shooting Working as various shifts to perform both of daily observe and Random/ Surprise Check (Unobserved) A1 check which covering to all service airports.
Reporting and Communication Briefing Ramp Safety Bulletin, Airline Safety Circulation and related Activities, Safety Alert monitoring to all transportation members.
