• Preparing a new model such as a new die jig fixture tooling (Make a
drawing process design and design 2D 3D die and jig fixture).
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal concerned divisions for
project completion.
• Establish plan for follow-up progress and monitoring report of the
works.
• Trial die jig fixture and tooling for find there problem and
Support and Problem analysis.
• Solve and prevent trouble things continuously.
• Prepare and order equipment and spare parts.
• Plan maintenance for machine tools, Jig Fixture and Die.
• Develop workpieces/tools to support work, follow up on projects.
• Support work related to forming machines such as Job Change, PM,
M/C Overhaul, Repair, and various project work.
• Carry out installation/modification/improvement of machines and
help solve various problems regarding forming machines.
