• In addition, managing third party's DATA Centre clearance at 11th floor, Smooth Life tower, Sathorn–Nua road to IT support team to verifying and monitoring hardware alert issues from Huawei Oceanstor/switch, Dell server, replacing new hardware part, new module, new cables and also verifying RACK slot, plug sockets, LAN/Network cables as well as confirming firewall and network devices slot to client’s IT team before installing new physical hardware at DATA Centre, and also monitoring network connection after client powering on device.
• Lastly being pre-sale assisting sales representative to collect the new customer’s requirement and their infrastructure operation environment and passing this information to sales representative for bidding as well as assisting additional assignment according to Head of Service Delivery, Head of Sales, and executives’ requests.
The success goal: Coordinating to upgrade and renew MA VMWare license with 57 Nodes (ESXi/ NSX-T, vSAN, vSphere, VM TAM, Window OS server, Dell) according to life cycle timeline, creating the document of Project Security Policy Management of AI CLOUD to client for their Internal Audit, concluding all incident/change and others clients ’requirement concisely without ambiguous to IT support team in order to resolving all issue effectively and closing within timeline with customer's satisfaction. • Responsible to reporting monthly overall working service performance to present the success of services and solutions to clients as well as suggesting the method of managing Incident/Change, reporting Man-day expense by monthly controlling in both of prepaid and post-paid cost of project accounts,
• Reviewing new opened Incident/Change and assigning to SAP consultant in each module properly as well as having round table discussion to investing solution which is critical issue (Risk) and may be impact to client’s daily working operation, and SAP application operation by managing Incident/Change according to SLA (Service Level agreement) and SOW (Scope of work) of project.
• Arranging the internal workshop to SAP consultants, all modules, which supporting project accounts to prepare the readiness before kick-off project such as introducing of client’s SAP application database access, the method of importing/exporting test script and initial deliverable document in SAP database, schedule of SAP application testing and timeline of testing completion, procedure of delivering SAP testing result to client's SAP application database, and requesting client’s endorsement to the result of testing in each module.
