Responsible for technical support and troubleshoot network alarms - RAN Alarm (ZTE & Nokia )
Monitoring with FMS system & E-flow .Net-Act, Netnumen
Perform Site lock /Unlock /Reset /Alarm upload Using with U 31 Client , Net-Act , OMS,Remote Desktop
Responsible for technical support, track the network performance and investigation onsite for Power and Transmission Access Network by checking in (NMS, Netnumen, Net-Act)
Responsible for the Network configuration for (VLAN isolation, Trunk, VLAN creation, DHCP, Ether Channel creation from Access Network to Mobile Core Platform ).
Review and general clean-up of Ticket and work order queue. Communicate with Site Engineers , DC Sharing company and other NOC.
Working with roll-out project team for new site and BTS Hardware alarm , Power Failure and fiber team
Ensure timely resolution to trouble tickets and follow up with customers via e-mails and phone calls.
Follow and management the team to achieve KPI .Prepare incident reports, including findings with analysis. Respond to incident calls and ensure the SLA to clients.
Escalated in other process Able to handle routine work and extra workload . Report to Manager which type of cases
Performing network troubleshooting between Backbone ,Access and Transmission Network
Responsible the Layer-1 connection with third party and vendors
Directly Report and critical incident of the network operational status to the team manager and customer
Preparing Method of Procedure, Standard Operation Procedure for site service implementation and Change request
Working closely with customer and solving the related duty network problem in time.
Continue to develop technical and professional expertise through formal learning and experience on the diverse components of the overall solution..Responsible to check the site survey report from vendors and 3rd party.
