Prepare a variety of hot and cold beverages including coffee, espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, teas, and specialty drinks following the recipes and brewing techniques to ensure consistent quality and taste.
Operate and maintain espresso machines and other coffee brewing equipment. Such as, grinding coffee beans, tamping espresso shots, steaming milk, and executing proper extraction techniques to create a high quality espresso based beverage.
Greet customers and assist them in choosing their beverage.
Take orders accurately, answer any questions about the menu, make recommendations and provide a positive and engaging customer experience.
Upsell additional items such as pastries, snacks or add-ons to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
Pay attention to detail and ensure that beverages are visually appealing and presented with care. All espresso based drinks are made including latte art.
