ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
Create and update BIM Models based on contract drawings, construction
drawings and latest information for approval and submission. Generate
documentation and shop drawings from BIM Models and detailed drawings.
Create, update and revise BIM Model deliverables on time through the
project deadline schedule. Review rough sketches, drawings, specification
and other engineering data. Prepare shop drawings and detailed design
documents for execution of project and as-built status by using BIM
Modelling, Auto CAD and Revit. Explain drawing to Construction teams
and engineers to provide adjustments as necessary. Update documentation
and administrations works related to the site installation and coordination
works. Liaise with Clients, Sub-contractors and communicate clearly with
colleagues to achieve the overall project in the most efficient manner. Attend
weekly meetings to supervise, coordinate and identify issues of site works.
Laise with Design team to confirm & clarify design issues.

ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
Site Engineer: Liaise with various parties such as (other project teams,
contractors, consultants, designers, architects) to ensure the execution of
projects in accordance with the contract specifications. Manage and arrange
the selection and requestion of materials in accordance with the specification
of design to maintain the wastages. Check plan, drawings and quantities for
accuracy of calculations. Coordinate with subcontractors and QC team on
site for quality issues. Monitor Site installation progress and update changes
on site prepare and compile.
Drafter: Develop dimensional drawings for layouts and non-dimensional
drawings. Develop and maintain drawing amendment and drafting in
AutoCAD. Revise drawing based on instructions comments from project
engineers and project manager. Prepare design specification, design reports
and drawings (structural, detail and working) for approval project handover
and submission.
