- Produce floor plans, elevations, sections, and other necessary drawings, additionally, create detailed and accurate shop drawings to support construction and manufacturing processes
- Develop precise architectural drawings and blueprints using AutoCAD software, ensuring project specifications are met and accuracy is guaranteed.
- Create 3D realistic models and designs for client presentations. (Residential Buildings)
- Review and integrate building codes, regulations, and standards into the drafting process to make sure all designs are in accordance with the necessary legal requirements.
- Check for conflicts between structural and architectural drawings, report to the employer, and coordinate with structural designer and architect.
- Revise drawings based on the feedback of project team, make sure that all modifications are correctly reflected in the final document.
- Work closely with architects, site engineers and other team members to translate concepts into technical drawings and as-built and other changes.
- Systematic and careful management of project files, which must include all drawings, revisions, and associated documents, allowing easy access and retrieval to ensure the project is maintained smoothly.
