Liaise with the subcontractors and respective suppliers for the Quotation.
Check all site drawing & change according to site condition.
Provide technical advices and coordinate with structure Engineer on site.
Supervise M&E works (Installation of lighting, Power, Plumbing and Sanitary System) in the construction project.
Prepare for everyday works schedule.
Chase and Check suppliers regarding with materials for delivery on time.
Other tasks assigned by Project Engineer.
DRAFTER CUM QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Designed and prepared the shop drawing for all electrical services (Lighting & power, ELV system, Lighting & Earthing).
Drafting Single line or Schematic Diagrams, Plan Drawings, Shop Drawings, As-build Drawings and Detailed Drawings.
Discussion and meeting with superior engineer and drafting to coordinate the M&E services such as Electrical, ACMV, Fire Protection, Plumbing and Sanitary.
Reviewing construction plan and adjustment quantity requirements.
Amendment of Single Line Drawing depends on site condition using AutoCAD for installation.
Liaise with Clients for M&E Services and preparation of Quotation and Design Drawing.
Responsible for liaising with site managers, clients and analyses contracts, budgets, risk assessment and other documents.
Reports PM and suggests documenting any changes in design and updating budgets.
Prepared Details BOQ for Lighting Design. After that order and collect materials from suppliers.
