ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
- Documentation check. passport or id card.
- Declared dangerous good and tagging luggage.
- Boarding passenger to the aircraft and prepare document about passenger list, booking meals and passenger special message to crew member.
- Providing assistant to passenger if any special need ex. YP pax, Pregnant, Wheel Chair pax, Blind, Deaf, Nun and Monk
- Inform passenger about ticket benefit and some airlines information ex. Excess baggage charge, Priority boarding and Lounge services allowed.
