- Supervised and Controlled on-site conditions to meet client requirements.
- Report the daily detailed work plan at the start of each day in detail the type of work and target percentage as well as the overall percentage of each kind of work including the actual number of manpower to carry out the work.
- Reviewed and Reported the daily work achieved to the Project Management Team at the end of each day in comparison of actual work progress against the target set at the beginning of the day and if the targets cannot achieved, analyze the causes of delay, state the problems and proposed solution for delay.
