ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
➢Create overall floor plan layouts and 3D realistic models and designs for client presentations. (Residential Buildings)
➢ Prepare complete construction drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, door and window schedules, tiling layouts and architectural stair details according to building codes and standards.
➢ Check for conflicts between structural and architectural drawings, report to the employer, and coordinate with structural designer and architect.
➢ Use AutoCAD to draw reflected ceiling and lighting plans, switch and socket plans, choose paint colours, and create 3D realistic renderings using SketchUp.
➢ Update and amend drawings as needed.
➢ Plan and complete all drawings to meet deadlines.
➢ Work with site engineers to prepare as-built drawings and other changes.
➢ Report all design and layout plans to the employer
