Ensure at all times that
all visitors or guests on our site have the best experience possible. - Monitor revenues and all expenses and prepare cash drawers and petty cash , check inventory stock
levels, order supplies. - Responsible for budget preparation, revenue management, monthly P&L report
Organize, direct and evaluate food and beverage service
Recruitment and training of staff
Manage shifts which include daily decision making, scheduling, planning while upholding standards,
product quality and cleanliness
Performance management; monitor staff performance and provide feedback
Purchase and control of inventory every month
Monitor revenues and all expenses
