ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
1. Perform crane inspection and generate inspection reports and all aspects of operational activities to meet quality and schedule expectations.
2. Perform offshore equipment inspection as per Thai law recommendation.
3. Update and maintain parts list and job scopes.
4. Monitor and clear discrepancy report as required.
5. Request parts from procurement for contractual responsibilities.
6. Identify and ensure that appropriate resources are assigned to programs/projects to ensure the company's goals for successful completion are achieved and the customer's needs are met.
7. Follow and encourage strict adherence to the COMPANY'S SSHE policy and regulations in all work under the responsibility and directly report to COMPANY's Onshore Coordinator.
8. Ensure that all cranes and related equipment are in compliance with related Thai laws.
9. Establish the lifting gear and crane training course according to the Thailand legal issues.
10. Assist company to verify and revise the integrity management of lifting appliance Guideline as per the new Thailand legal issues.
11. Prepare and /or review calculation sheet incase modification or Major repair on of crane.
12. Cooperate and communicate effectively with field supervisor and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.

1. Project management, prepared the work schedule, coordinate, and monitor the assigned engineering projects.
2. Follow up work progress from sub-contractor workshop and make sure contractor perform work compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC, HSE policies, performance standards and specifications.

4. Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field
5. Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status

8. Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.

Position: Project Engineer.
Responsibility:
1. Manage and supervisory for technical engineer team (Thai, Kazakh, Russian and Pilipino), production engineer and material management team
2. Reviews project plans and proposals, then works with management to develop project objectives. Identifies project responsibilities by determining the phases and elements of the project. Calculates time frames and sequences the stages of the project.
3. Studies project design, customer requirements performance standards, then determines project specifications. Presents cost estimates and performance standards. Conducts tests assuring safe and satisfactory product performance.
4. Reviews contractor bids; interviews and assigns personnel to specific phases and elements of the project. Through project coordination meetings and other forms of communication, oversees and coordinates the technical aspects of the project.
5. Prepares status reports and regularly monitors budgets, contractors and schedules. Allocates project resources appropriately; approves expenditures; employee contractor contracts. Keeps an accurate record and electronic data base of all elements of the projects.
6. Construction Coordinator for prefabrication including sandblasting and Painting and erection
piping, Electrical, Civil and Structural steel activities.
7. Collaboration with client and preparing of technical details to supporting of quality control,
estimation, fabrication, erection, and testing.
8. Materials take off and Project materials control.
9. Assistant of project manager for planning and controlling of project.
10. Evaluation of all addition works of Piping, mechanical and civil works
11. Shop Drawing and As-built Drawing (Piping & Steel Structure) prepare.
12. Quantity surveyor.

16. Prepare, expedition and following for the site query engineer for any problem for all projects.
