• Ability to design, develop, implement, and evaluate training plans
• Identify training and development needs within an organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with HR Director/Supervisor
• Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers
• To be responsible for and proactively drive the design, development and effective delivery of training to the organization’s employees within defined timescales
• Designing training programs and deliver training in line with the development strategy of the company
• Organize training (send invitations; establish locations; etc.)

- Collaborate with different functions in the company to lead process improvements and boost efficiency and effectiveness.
