6 Jan 2014 - 1 July 2016Mitsui Siam components Co., Ltd., Rayong. The position is Industrial Engineer. My Responsibilities :
1. Productivity up 10% all line every years.
2. Standard time (Method time measurement) / Cycle time / Bottleneck.
3. Time study and Line balancing all line in company.
4. Kaizen & 5S.
5. Calculate total efficiency / Direct time / Manpower. 6. Calculate reduce manpower / Productivity up.
7. Calculate Production per hour per man (PPMH).
8. Calculate Production per hour (PPH).
9. Calculate total manpower time per piecs (TTP) every month.
