ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
1. Review and check technical designs and drawings to ensure with project requirement
2. Manage M&E sub-contractors work progress, drawings, MAR and MOS submissions and approval
3. Coordinate with clients, consultants, sub-contractors, other engineers and Project Manager
4. Prepare Technical documents and ensure that the work was carried in accordance to the drawings and specifications
5. Prepare the construction schedule, providing man hours and requirement for each activity
6. Reported Daily Activities and Progress to Assistant Manager via Senior M&E Engineer
7. Assist PM/PD in creating a framework and procedures for the monitoring and evaluation of project schedule
8. Ensure the M&E work has complied with the specifications, codes, standards and according to the shop drawings
9. Follow safety rules and regulations in workplace

ตำแหน่ง M&E Drafter Cum Modeler

ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
1. Develop detailed design documents for preliminary, construction and as-built status by 2D and 3D drawings
2. Prepare submission shop drawing, schematic diagram, details drawing and as-built drawing using AutoCAD& Revit Software
3. Create shop drawings from construction drawings, hand-drawn sketches and verbal instructions
4. Assist in coordinating all M&E services drawings related other discipline and engineers to manage and resolve the clashes
5. Produce and update drawing sets as required during different project phases
6. Compile of As-built drawing upon project completion
7. Generate technical detail drawings in accordance with Engineering Procedures
8. Supersede and updated the current revision status
9. Check M&E Shop-drawing and update M&E Shop-drawing List
10. Revise drawings based on instructions / comments from engineers to meet customer requirements specifications
11. Work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to understand project requirements and design concepts
12. Prepare quantity take off list for Plumbing & Sanitary (P&S) and Air Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) systems
13. Handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned
