Duty and Responsibility:
➢ PLC, SCADA / HMI programming, taking responsibility and commissioning for motors, valves,
sensors and milling machines at the rice mill and improved production efficiency by 35%.
➢ Programming and commissioning of the integrated new expander line including motors, VFDs
and transmitters for Rice Bran Oil (RBO) to achieve 50% productivity and 90% reduction in
project costs.
➢ Calibrating, tunning and making field repair of controllers and field instruments including
Electronic Transmitters (Temperature, Pressure, Flow, Level, Ultrasonic & Differential), Control
Valves, Positioners, Dampers, and various type of switches (Proximity Switch, Pressure Switch,
Rotatory Switch, Etc.)
➢ Calibrate HART transmitters by using 475 HART communicator and related test equipment.
➢ Experience in ATEX or IEC environment, carry out maintenance and troubleshooting of
automation and equipment which used Emerson & Siemens (S7 200, 300, 1200) PLCs.
➢ Collaborate on CSA reports for process safety, automation efficiency and system health for
ensuring maximum availability of production plant to reduce failure by 9%.
➢ Worked in a multi-cultural and capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
➢ Managed spare parts inventory and procurement requests.
➢ Documented of technical data and prepared daily reports.

➢ Commissioned rice mill process plant, including loop testing of IOs, inspection of electrical
equipment, megger testing, and test running of the whole plant following GFCI standards.
➢ Provided troubleshooting and perform PM, CM for controllers, starters, milling machines,
switches, sensors, pneumatic valves, and serviced diesel generators, air compressors, grain
coolers, jetty cranes over all utility-related systems by 60% minimized downtime.
➢ Hands-on experience with measuring instruments such as AMS TREX, 475 HART, Fluke 1663,
Fluke 305, UNI-T UT513A, IR camera, multimeters, etc.
➢ Conducted panel maintenance and routine checks for MCCs, LVD, MVD, transformers,
Capacitor bank panels, control panels, IO panels, standalone panels among Rice mill, RBO,
WTP, ETP & Power Plant.
➢ Aware and strictly follow the company procedures and policies such as Isolation system
(Lockout-Tagout)
➢ Liaised with external vendors for machine parameters setting, calibration, adjustment and
troubleshooting.
➢ Experienced EI (Government) inspection for new plant approval and preparing everyday
Report.
