ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
New model : Contact and discuss with customer about new model project (NPI ).
Make quotation and RFQ. Discuss with mold maker for concept design new mold. Follow and progress of new mold making. Trial new mold and submit sample part to customer for approve.Make and manager of new model document for submit to customer (PPAP , 4M Change, APQP ).
Production Engineer : Determine process standard for production , Control plan , Master plan , Flow process chart , Work Instruction , Manual Procedure , Packing Standard , Q-Point and FMEA.
Monitoring and achieve production target and sale target. Analysis the production problem and solve problem by 7 tools , SPC , Why-Why-Why. Improve manufacturing efficiency by analysis and planing work flow , space requipment and lay-out. Remove waste from the process.
Mold : Manage and monitoring the mold break down , Preventive maintenance and Overhaul mold.
Monitoring the mold status and mold montly report. Contact maker for repair and improve mold. Improve mold by Pokayoke. Overseeing the set-up mold , Cycle time and injection condition for production.
Analysis and solve the production problem from injection machine and injection condition.
