booking and customer service in the
same time. When I get booking requirement from
customer, i have to contact carrier, then send a booking confirmation to customer. If customer needs export
customs clearance and trucking, I have to deal with
shipping and trucking team for achieve a requirement. Moreover, i have to send shipping particular to carrier, issue B/L, check all export documents and finally issue invoice. After on board date, I have to inform to agent at destination about all information of each shipment.
