ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
-Operate the walk-through survey daily to check for potential hazards in order to prevent the near miss and ensure workplace safety.
-Convey safety-related information and knowledge to employees through Morning Talk 2 times a week.
-Retrain employees on equipment knowledge and the LOTO process to create awareness of hazards from the power source.
-Assess the risk of machine clamping point and pivot point to prevent danger from the machine while operating.
-Work with the engineering team to set up the Machine Guard that will not interfere with the work and cleaning systems of the machine.
-Follow up on the hazard near miss case, identify the cause and provide effective solutions.
-Investigate accidents and injuries in the workplace.
