• Develop comprehensive 3D models with Autodesk Revit Software, producing 50+ detailed plans, sections, elevations, and views; resulted in a 25% reduction in design errors and a 15% increase in project efficiency.
• Regularly check and revise models to incorporate design modifications and meet project specifications.
• Coordinate and integrate models from different disciplines to identify clashes before finalizing any model.
• Generate BIM components, including parametric families for Architecture, Structure & MEP elements.
• Review the finalized model and make collaboration within and outside parties, improved design review by 20%.
• Experience in modeling Housing & Development Board (HDB) projects.
• Familiarity with plumbing & sanitary, mechanical and electrical systems modelling, coordination and have knowledge of Combined Services and BIM Execution Plan.

• Review the contractors’ claim the Interim Payment Certificate, Progress Payment, variation works, invoices and contract closure as per Contract payment terms and previous bill amount.
• Certify sub-contractors claims based on job scope, site progress and quantity.
• Check delayed payments & other irregularities and notify respective parties.
• Monitor the bills in alignment with SAP System.
• Assist the Bill Controlling & Project Coordination Manager in providing advice and solving on payment claim issues & contractual matters.
• Control billing process of each payment and coordinate with all responsible persons.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly internal billing reports (AP) to Top Management.
• Monitor & record the attendance of all personnel for all construction site.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Superior and Top Management.
