•Accountable for supporting and driving the HSE program to all affiliated companies and all service projects for clients in Thailand. (Onshore & Offshore, Rig project)
•Allocate environmental personnel appropriately and adequately according to customer needs.
•Set up and prepare the HSE organization to support all HSE activities.
•Drive and support HSE activities to achieve KPI.
•Conduct, track, and review monthly, quarterly, and annual HSE performance reports for all affiliated companies and service projects at client workplaces onshore and offshore to report and update to Management and clients.
•To present half-year HSE performance and meet with all clients.
•Develop plans, procedures, and policies to continuously improve HSE programs.
•Conduct audit plan and perform evaluations for ISO 14001:2004, OHSAS 18001:2007, and Client audits, assist with addressing and closing any audit point gaps by providing guidance.
•Set up and Perform HSE training courses for all employees and contractors. Regular safety procedures, work instruction documents, and practice reviews to ensure the system data is correct and up to date for onsite practice.
•Near miss, BBS promotion, and drive to achieve the target.
•Train the trainer for HSE training courses related to HSE regulation and Client training courses required.
•Responsible for operating under a Safety Specialist, Project safety position onshore and offshore, and Rigs projects at the Client's workplace as follows;
