ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
Project Title: U.S. Embassy Compounds Physical Security Upgrade.
Client: U.S. DoS Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO).
Duties and responsibilities:
• Responsible for project quality management, conduct quality inspections on the construction site and subcontractors, report to the QA/QC department manager and be responsible for it.
• Participate in the formulation of the annual project quality management plan and excellence plan, and supervise the implementation of the inspection plan.
• Participate in the investigation, analysis, processing and reporting of engineering quality accidents.
• Responsible for the process control of the quality management system.
• Collaborating with site managers, surveyors, engineers, site worker and other professionals.

ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
-ควบคุมให้งานก่อสร้างเป็นไปตามสัญญา
-ตรวจสอบและพิจารณาเสนอข้อเสนอ เพื่อการอนุมัติแบบรูปและรายละเอียดระหว่างก่อสร้าง (Shop Drawing) และแบบรูปตามที่ก่อสร้างจริง (As-Built Drawing) ซึ่งเสนอโดยผู้รับจ้างก่อสร้าง
-ตรวจสอบการทดสอบคุณภาพของวัสดุก่อสร้าง โดยผู้รับจ้างก่อสร้างให้ถูกต้องตามแบบรูป และข้อกำหนดรายละเอียดประกอบแบบก่อสร้าง
-แก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าที่อาจจะเกิดขึ้นในขณะก่อสร้างและอันอาจจะเกิดขึ้นในระหว่างการก่อสร้าง เพื่อป้องกันมิให้งานเสียหาย
-ตรวจสอบปริมาณและผลงานที่ผู้รับจ้างก่อสร้างเสนอ แล้วเสนอให้ผู้จัดการโครงการพิจารณาเพื่อขอเบิกเงินงวด โดยตรวจสอบกับผลงานที่ทำได้จริงในสนาม
