ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
• Supervise and assign daily tasks to a team of technicians to carry out the daily operations.
• Monitor and coordinate monthly machinery servicing and maintenance works and keep proper records.
• Maintain and monitor the condition of Chiller, Evaporator, Condenser’ Shell & Tube Temperature, Motor Efficiency and Calculate Voltage Unbalance, Current Unbalance and Winding Temperature.
• Conduct monthly services for AHU, FCU’ filters, Chilled water pump, Condenser Water Pump, Strainers, Two-way actuator valve, Motorize valve.
• Servicing Motor and Belt tension, Drainage system and Exhaust System.
• Dosing a chemical for Chilled Water Piping, Condenser Water Piping with Aqua Clean 265 for Corrosion and Bio Clean 500 for Bacteria.
• Maintain and service upon Fire System including as Smoke Detectors, Sounders, Manual Call Points, Fire Module, Emergency Exit Light, Addressable System and Smoke Stop Curtain.
• Participating Fire Drill with MFSD and Other Respective Departments.
• Inspection and testing insulation resistance for Lightning arrester, Earthing system and TL box for 6 Monthly Maintenance.
• Calculate a new extension of power usage for breaker size, wire size and electrical fixtures and cooling load calculation.
• Check Wiring connection, Wiring temperature, Tiding nuts and Measure Voltage, Current Rating and Megger Test for Distribution Board and Switch Board.
• Design & Consult upon their design plan’ KEAD, KFAD, P&S, Gas Detection System for F&B Shop.
• Compute and Reduce the load due to the energy saving plan.
