Perform field inspection.
 Reviewed document related as WPS / PQR / WQT / Procedure NDE method
method statement comply with project specifications and code standards.
 Reviewed shop drawing and weld-map included preparation and rectification.
 Material verification to comply with project specifications requirements appearance
dimension.
 Monitored and inspection welder qualification accordance with project specification
and codes standard requirement.
 Inspection welding consumables storage and condition suitable to comply with
project specifications requirements.
 Fit-up inspection of single past and election assembly to comply with shop drawing
and weld map according specifications requirements.
 Monitoring and inspection welding process and welding parameters checked
including register of welder during weld to comply WPS and record report welding
surveillance.
 Visual inspection after weld finished according specification requirement.
 Update status of joint in access system and prepared report fit-up / visual
 Reviewed welding history sheet.
 Identify joint NDE and issue NDE request to third party companies.
 Monitored and inspection NDE process inspection.
 Reviewed NDE report and sign approval report.
 Monitored percent reject late of the welder and analyze the root cause of
imperfections to rectification case UT rejected.
 Weekly report to Supervisor and Main contractor.
 Support QA to rectification and close NCR case.
 Verification documentation & Traceability MDR.

with client before start work.
 Recommended NDT method to appropriate with condition of work piece to
client.
 Prepared NDT procedure and method statement submit to client.
 Prepared scan plan and plan schedule to perform to inspection submit to
client.
 Demonstration NDT technique to use inspection and qualify performance
NDT personal with client.
 Plan team NDT staff to work on site.
 Observation and coordinate with team to rectification any problems
occurrence duration inspection.
 Perform NDT inspection with method MT, PT, UT, UTM, VT, PAUT,
TOFD, PMI on site.
 Interpretation of result NDT inspection to analyze and decide accept or reject
comply with code standard requirement.
 Make and final reviewed report and sign approve report before submit to
client.
 Control document rerated below accordance ISO 9001 standard.
