Updated daily tasks and operations, Logbook, list of room reservations and/or No show, cancellations, Selling room rate, room availability, room assignments, special requests and special assigned job. Provide warm welcome/greeting and information to hotel guests and visitors ensuring a positive first impression. Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, including processing payments, issuing room keys, and providing necessary information about hotel amenities and policies. Maintain knowledge of hotel product, local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options to provide recommendations and assistance to guests. Answer telephone calls and respond to guest inquiries providing accurate and helpful information. Coordinate with housekeeping and technician staff to ensure guest rooms are clean and functional properly, also to fulfill guest requests and address any issues during their stay. Up-sell and promote hotel services and amenities to guests, maximizing revenue opportunities. Handle complaints and concerns promptly and professionally, finding the best possible resolution to ensure guest satisfaction in primary. Keep front desk area clean and well-organized, ensuring all necessary supplies were readily available for guest and team member use. Maintain grooming standards and performance. Complete a summary of daily Follow-up-log and incident report.
