- Start designing the basic chassis based on the older chassis as a presentation guideline.
- Communication with PCB Design Team to find a solution to place the component on the PCB to match the mechanical design.
- Set PCB sizes and hole locations, for conclusions and alternatives to customers.
- Solve problems and offer options to customers
AUTOMATION
- Setup (ABB) Robot to support product assembly in the production line.
- Setup soldering Robot (ABB).
- Modify Mini Wave Selective Soldering Machine, by adding timer program and temp sensor and then controlled by Python available on raspberry pi board to support production line.
- Offers cable length testing on Cisco product Ethernet port switches, By offering to do from manual testing, To be an automated test using an 8x8 relay panel controlled by python.
ELECTRICAL & ELECTRONICS
- Design and develop circuits on schematics
- Bring up and SI test engineer on Cisco product.
- 3D Solidworks Design.
- Fault Injection Test (FIT) test product of cisco.
- Phy Qual test on Ethernet switch products of cisco.
CONTROL AND MANAGE PROJECTS
- Discuss with the customer when receiving the concept about the machine or jig or fixture, the customer's needs.
- Estimate cost and set selling prices for sales.
- 3D Solidworks Design.
- Use Python and Arduino to control.
- Control the production of welding work, CNC work, lathe work, and various work pieces, including machines that use automation systems.
- Electrical circuit diagram and wiring.
- Control installation and validation according to the job site.
- Meeting and report on the duration of each project
