• Proposed design to the client and adjust the price between with company.
• Negotiating labour-material cost and calculating the overall profit for every project.
• Ordering the materials to the Site Engr in right time and the progresses are being
checked to be in scheduled time.
• Managing the projects are completed on time, within budget with the required
quality standards
• Communicate with client's representatives, relevant authorities and consultants to
project expectations are met.
• Documenting details and accurate construction records.
• Ensuring all construction activities comply with the industry standards, safety
guidelines, and regulations.
• Coordinate and monitor work progress at site including periodical site inspection
and attending meetings during course of construction of projects
• Site Inspection and Quality Controlling of work, make every checking before any
construction process

• Working under Government Policy and updating Job Training annually.
• Checking of all approved projects to be incorporated to the works.
• Co-operation with other advisors of the Town for development.
• Prepare BIM model, shop drawing & detail drawings of buildings.
• Making the daily construction record & report the progress improvement of the site
to top management.
• Checking the compatibility of the design and plan to the site and recommending
changes if required.
• Producing structural shop drawings
• Estimating of all structural works and architectural works.
