- Control and monitor the quality of project with the appropriate time frame and issued budget.
- Randomly inspect the quality of APK grade wood, saw tables, and evaluate and report problems to management.
- Randomly check the quality of wood grades before sending to customers.
- Random quality assessment To assess the quality whether it is within the specified criteria or not.
- Follow up on sawing quality, size, QC team on grade wood.
- Follow up on various matters affecting production in sawing, saw blades, and machine maintenance.
- Prepare a report Daily, weekly and monthly To bring data to analyze in order to develop the saw.
- Work with various teams to reduce process and business variations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
