ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
• Solving issues of loss Plating of sock in product line THS144 and THS200 knitting machine
o Analyzing root cause of no quality product by collecting sample of defective product from product line and gather information for detail analysis. One of main reason is the level adjustment leveling high and low feeder 3 and 5 are malfunction which cause defective products
o Feeder Adjust Holder are loose,Check the machine and order new element foe fixing and perform the follow up report.
o Results indicating nober of defective products are decreasing from 42% to 35% and finally down to 7%
• Build program to produce sock as per customer requirement/order
