- Prepare project estimates and costs to keep trace of variation to the contract
- Take off the quantity and evaluate quotations from approved drawings and designs.
- Check the subcontract documents and purchasing agreements.
- Measure the as-built works progressively and prepare payment responses/certificates.
- Interprets any drawings, engineering documents and estimate costs and quantities of materials required.
- Participate in meetings for claims, arbitration and dispute resolution.
- Liaise with consultants QS on progress payments and variation orders.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress report of As-built drawing submission.

- Manage and oversee documents of the project.
- Ensure documents are stored and backed up according to retention policies.
- Monitor and keep track of project document submission through online system
- Monitor the submissions status and take action to resubmit for Rejected, Revised documents in specific time.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress report with As-built drawing submission.

- Prepare transmittal for submitting deliverables to clients.
- Process all incoming and outgoing document within the required time period and in accordance with procedure.
- Coordinate with document controller to manage projects package and drawings in the system of record.
- Monitor QA/QC performance with project team, contractors and sub-contractors.
