- Ensure accurate and time processing of payroll, including payroll-related transaction.
- Administer employee benefit program, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks, ensuring compliance with company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records, including employee files contracts, and other HR - relate documentation.
- Develop and implement HR administrative policies and proceduure to streamline processes and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulation.
- Serve as a point of contract for employee regarding HR -related inquiries, providing timely and accurate information and assistance.
- Collaborate with team to support recruitment and onboarding processes, including job posting, candidate screening, and new hire orientation.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and program to enhance employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
- Stay update on changes in labor law and regulation, ensuring compliance and advising management on potential impacts on HR policies and practices.

- Take care of document work for ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015, ISO45001:2018 systems.
Take care of it as follows:
- Organize documents to organize files according to category (Every department is always up to date)
- Prepare documents Meeting appointments include Agenda, Minutes Meeting.
- When the contents of the meeting are issued I will call and inform all those involved that When will the meeting be held, where, and roughly what will be the topics?
- Take care of the boss's appointment schedule both inside and outside the organization
- Take care of baskets for various festivals
- Documents for making payments to contractors for every job.
- Take care of quality system documents Updated to be up-to-date to prepare for Audit at all times.
- Maintain and maintain the quality management system
- Take care of the warehouse system Check stock spare parts and place orders to replenish stock, etc.
- Organize a team of employees to send to work abroad , process all documents for employees.
- Coordinate government documents and related agencies.
- Take care of planning for ordering products from abroad.
- Prepare documents related to ordering products, such as opening purchase order (PO) documents according to purchase request (PR) from sales that come in daily. Send overseas and follow up on Sale acknowledgment documents. To know Lead Time and delivery schedule.
- Negotiating with sellers to obtain appropriate prices and conditions.
- Contact and coordinate with various agencies for importing products. (Coordinate with Forwarder, Shipping. Documents that need to be taken care of include Invoice, Packing list, BL, Form D, Form E, import declaration documents. and other documents)
- Take care of product orders and contact with various suppliers.
- Take care of product claims in cases that do not meet the specified standards. or does not match the purchase order (PO) document
- Follow up on product orders until the products reach the company and are delivered to various departments within the specified time.
-Inform the status of the product tracking situation to the executives, supervisors and sales staff, which will be done on a weekly basis.
- Establish methods and procedures for the purchasing department's operations with other departments within and outside the organization.
-Coordinate with the finance and accounting department in making payments to partner companies.
- Contact and coordinate with relevant departments including:
Warehouse / Sale / Account / Executives and other departments
-Analyze KPIs to improve and develop work.
- Prepare reports to report work performance to executives. which is prepared on a monthly basis
- Prepare reports together with Warehouse to know how much imported products are left and plan to order them to be used as stock, which will be done on a monthly basis
- Monthly meeting between executives, suppliers and salespeople to discuss various problems and solutions to make the whole team's work smoother and work happily.
