ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
 Liaising with clients/main contractor and reporting on progress to Managing Director
 Scheduling the project, preparing BOQ process
 Review the contract documents and contractor performance for each construction stage and coordinate with the Managing Director of any deficiency
 Approve design specifications and develop purchase justifications for materials where necessary.
 Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
 Arranging materials for each phase of the project
 Monitoring building budget and project progress
 Supervising construction works and subcontractors
 Conducting quality and safety inspections
 Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings
 Maintaining quality control checks
Motivating the workforce
 Day to day problem solving and dealing with any issues that arise
 Manage project site safety for internal and subcontract personnel.
 Promote and enforce company's safety objectives at all times.
 Complete site reports and other paperwork on time and accurately.

 Setting & preparing project schedule, record data, report, surveying & project documents Daily and weekly progress report to superintendent.

 Inspecting the site drawing discrepancies between client’s request and office provided issues


 Undertaking Site Instruction to lead, train and control a team worker on the site with engineering point of view.

 Provide technical advice regarding design, construction or modifications and structural repairs to managerial personnel and workers.

 Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project especially plan & monitor daily progress

 Conduct inspection of in-progress works, monitor progress against schedule and recommend construction methodologies
 To assist the Project Manager in mapping out detailed work plans, activities and tasks for projects schedule

 Explain the site situation, technical requirements, project specifications, special engineering instruction, coordination procedure, execution approach and activity priorities to the various work teams and seeks contributions for further refinement.

 Superintend that various work groups (including quality and safety) are carrying out each task and inspection in accordance with specification and standards as per the contractual requirements

 Final account preparation for all discipline and negotiation with client or client’s inspector.

 Find the best way of working to catch up the schedule within budget to handover status.
