ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
-Residential Building Projects
- Create overall floor plan layout and 3D rendering realistic models and designs for presentation to client (Residential Buildings)
- Prepare and generate complete construction drawings such as overall floor plans, elevations, door and window schedules, tiling setting out and architectural stair details based on building codes and standards
- Check the conflicts between structural and architectural drawings and report to employer and liaise with structural designer & Architect.
- Draw and generate the reflected ceiling & lighting plan, switch and socket plan by using Auto CAD, choose painting colour and create 3D realistic rendering using Sketchup software
- Maintains updates and makes amendments to drawing as needed
- Plan and complete all drawings to meet the stipulated deadline
- Collaborate with site engineers to prepare as-built drawings and other changes condition
- Report all the creations of design and layout plan to employer
